1989 › ESTABLISHMENT

1990

Construction: The Start of the Journey

We started 30 years ago as a construction company and quickly gained an excellent reputation for offering high quality properties in the Costa Blanca region. When José Escribano Tevar founded JET, he believed that building the best properties didn’t require the biggest budget but rather an attention to detail and an emphasis on quality. It’s a vision that we still uphold today in Jetvillas.

1996

Building Our Home, Brand New Offices

The construction of our offices was finally finished. Jetvillas finally had a proper home, a place where we were proud to receive and attend to clients. We started to hire more team members to meet growing demand.

1999

Real Estate Services

As Jetvillas continued to build a solid reputation, our team grew with it. We committed ourselves to providing seamless, top-quality service to customers. We continued to expand our team of employees to meet demand for services in the real estate area.

2008

Office Extension and Service Expansion

Despite the economic downturn, we decided to invest and continuing expanding our business. We renovated and extended our current offices, while adding more services to our portfolio to better serve our clients.

2011

Bellevue Award Recipient

In 2011, Jetvillas was recognized for their professionalism, experience, quality service, commitment and due diligence with the Best Property Agents Award. This was the first of several awards from Bellevue, Europe's leading real estate magazine.

2012

ISO 9001 Quality Management Certificate

Jetvillas became the only Costa Blanca real estate agent with an ISO 9001 quality management certificate issued by TÜV Rheinland. We are proud to have this recognition of our commitment to high quality service for our clients. We pride ourselves on continuing to cultivate and maintain a high standard of quality, professionalism, and integrity for our team, collaborators, and service providers. 2014

Office Renovation and Expansion

Jetvillas renovated and expanded its offices in August 2014. We are incredibly happy to welcome our esteemed clients to the Costa Blanca in our beautiful "home".
