WE STARTED IN 1989

Those WONDERFUL YEARS

as a construction company and quickly gained an excellent reputation for offering quality properties in the Costa Blanca region.

Thanks to the hard work and care that we have always put into everything we do, Jetvillas consolidated, we grew as people, as professionals and as a team, and with us grew our offices.

Since then we have received numerous awards, the result of the continuous search for excellence that is part of the DNA of our Spanish management, with the aim of improving every day and to continue growing as we have done so far.

1989

Opening of our new office open to the public

In 1996 we completed the construction (started in 1995) of our offices in Calpe, which is still our current headquarters, a place where we proudly welcome and serve our clients. From this moment on, the expansion of our team began to meet the growing demand.

1999

Real Estate Services

As Jetvillas continued to build a solid reputation, our team grew along with it. We are committed to providing a unique, hassle-free service experience to our clients. We continue to expand our team of employees to meet the demand for real estate services.

2001

After Sales Services

In order to close the circle and cover the demand for all the services required by our customers, we decided to incorporate after-sales services such as keyholding, repair assistance, swimming pool maintenance and garden maintenance, with the usual quality and efficiency of customer service.

2008

Complete refurbishment and extension of our offices

Despite the onset of a tough economic recession, we decided to invest and continue to expand our business. We renovated and expanded our current offices in order to provide a better service to our clients.

2011

Bellevue “Best Property Agent” Award

In 2011 we received this award for the first time, and from then until today, annually, Jetvillas was recognised for its professionalism, expertise, quality service, commitment and due diligence with the Best Property Agents Award. This was the first of several awards presented by Bellevue, Europe’s leading real estate magazine.

2012

ISO 9001 Quality Management Certificate

Jetvillas became the only construction company and real estate agency on the Costa Blanca with ISO 9001 quality management certificate issued by TÜV Rheinland. We are proud to have this recognition of our commitment to high quality service to our clients.

2014

In August of this year, Jetvillas expanded its offices

For greater convenience in serving its customers, and implemented major improvements to its IT systems, all focused on the demands of the “online” era, and we continue to implement changes to this day.
